Reilly is a New Hampshire native who spent much of his childhood in Shreveport, Louisiana before settling back in the Lakes Region, where he and his wife Kyana have lived for nearly a decade. His strong connection to the area, paired with years of customer-focused experience in retail management, made his transition into real estate a natural progression.
As the co-owner and marketing director of the Dore Glover Home Group, Reilly combines local knowledge, strategic branding, and a client-first mindset to guide buyers and sellers through every step of their move. He is dedicated to clear communication, strong negotiation, and creating a smooth, confident experience for the people he serves.
In addition to real estate, Reilly is a Certified Flight Instructor based out of Laconia Airport. His aviation background enhances his attention to detail, decision-making, and ability to stay calm under pressure—skills that carry seamlessly into his work with clients.
